How do I order?

There a number of ways to contact us with your order;

If you want to discuss your requirements then either telephone 01964 543686 or email , we will be happy to supply more information or discuss your needs with you either on the phone or on line.

Send us your photograph along with the details of what you require, this can be in the form of an original photograph (which will of course be returned to you), or on a disc, again with some details of what you want us to reproduce.

Send your photographs / discs to;

How do you fit the picture to the item ordered?

Photographs come in all sizes and shapes. We will give you the best fit that we can, we may have to crop the image to do this (this would not affect any original photographs supplied). We can only print what is supplied to us, the better the quality of the original picture the better the finished result.

How long does it take?

The length of time from ordering to delivery will depend on the volume of work we have coming through, the more images we have to process the quicker we will fill a working sheet of transfers and the faster the turn around, if we are quiet then it may take a little longer. We normally turn jobs around in 2 weeks, if you have more urgent requirements then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I pay?

Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
We accept most credit cards, details can be given over the phone on 01964 543686, we are extremely careful with verbal credit card details and instructions.
We are also registered with Paypal to accept secure on line payments. Payment can also be made by cheque, made out to Kirkholme Collectables.
